4 Ways Working Dads Can Make More Time for Family

According to The Boston College Center for Work and Family, one of the few organizations focusing on the changing role dads play both at home and in the workplace, the answer is a resounding yes. It recently found that fathers may experience as much or more work-family conflict than their female counterparts. Their study revealed that while 80% to 90% of millennial dads wanted career advancement, only 4% strongly agreed that they’d be willing to sacrifice personal and family time to achieve it. The men surveyed rated work-life balance as the primary factor to consider when measuring success and as the third most important criteria for choosing a job. (For moms, it ranked first.)
