An introduction discusses the goals of Family Nights, the structure of the activities, and components of Family Nights. Five activities are then presented for each month of the year and address: peacemaking, racism, sexism, stewardship, the media, family unity, social justice, the environment, the world, cultural diversity, faith, religious seasons, Judaism, and nature's seasons. Each activity includes a description of the activity, directions for presenting the topic, suggested readings, a list of materials needed, treat ideas, and age adaptations. Biblical verses are cited when appropriate. Appendices include songs, worksheets, recipes, and a list of parenting resources.
